SPRINGVALE
COMMUNITY FESTIVAL
Hosted by the Lions Club of Noble Park, Keysborough at Burden Park,
Springvale South. Attracting over 12 000 spectators, the festival, in
its 14th year, is a celebration of community diversity offering great
entertainment - a Talent Quest: heats and finals, Saturday Night Fireworks,
live stage showcasing one of Melbourne’s leading bands, singing
and dancing, carnival rides, attractions and much more. Sunday is FAMILY

Ballarat Antique Fair
this is the 40th Ballarat Antique Fair. Sat march 6th from 10am - 7pm.
Sun March 7th 10am -6pm and Mon 8th 10am-5pm(Labour Day Long weekend).
Approximately 100 exhibitors from all over Australia brought together
for this annual event at the local Badmintion centre. Visitors and keen
collectors from all parts of the country flock to this event in there
thousands to view whats on offer. and perhaps snap up a few bargins from
among the fabulous array of dazzling treasures offered for sale. An ever
increasing prestigious dealers from the Australian Antique and Art Dealers
Association. will be in attendanceoffering intems of thof the highest
quailty. Specialist dealers in Japanese Antiquites, scientific intruments,
antique clocks and waches as well as paintings and prints can be found.
A large range of reference books and price guidesare on offer alongside
smaller dealers featuring unique Australian pottery and coins, bank notes

THE
BIG 3 AT SANDOWN-On Sunday, 14th March, three of the most exciting
collectables and hobby shows will be presented in Melbourne. They are:
8th annual Vintage & Collectable Toy-Fest, with a variety of vintage,
modern and collectable toys and childhood memorabilia. The 15th annual
Melbourne Scale Model Enthusiasts Show & Sale will showcase plastic
model kits,trains, toy soldiers, miniatures, diecast models and more.
The 11th annual Collectors World Fair will cater for those interested
in china,glassware, jewellery, kitchenalia, Coca-Cola memorabilia, Australiana,
militaria, medals, badges, comics, books, stamps, coins, movie music
and sporting memorabilia and other fields of interest. The Big 3 brings
together over 80 traders from most suburbs of Melbourne, country Victoria
and Interstate. Staged mostly indoors with a number of traders in an
outdoor undercover area just outside the main hall. This family friendly
event will be held at the Sandown Racecourse, Princes Highway (Dandenong
Road), Springvale, Victoria from 9am to 3pm.
