Running on the first Saturday of every month, @The HUB Markets is a community style market raising funds for local projects and community groups. With diverse stall holders selling hand-made goods, homemade treats, bric-a-brac and boot sale style chattels, there's something for everyone. Enjoy freshly baked Devonshire Tea, or grab a sausage sizzle off the barbie run by our local Seniors. Score a great deal with our Mega monthly Book Sale and help us raise funds towards our monthly community project. Getting involved is easy. See stall holder and contact information below. How we raise funds for community projects: We contribute $5.00 from every $20.00 stall hire to our monthly project. We donate 100% of all sales through our mega book sale to our monthly project. ******Berry Bowling Club****** introduced a new market which was held last Sunday (regularly every 2nd Sunday of each month). Beautiful grounds, with plenty of parking inside and outside of the club, child friendly both inside and outside of club and has the best Chinese/Australian food restaurant in BERRY! This market brought a huge amount of visitors! The grounds were packed with unique products and visitors from near and far! The club was inundated with customers from the market day and the stall holders all had a very busy day. The children had choices of a jumping castle, face painting or that yummy Gelato ice-cream! It must have been a great day as all stall holders are returning and most want to be placed on permanent basis!! Even though we have a waiting list, we are trying to keep this market to a 1-2 same product selling so if you feel you have what no one else has to sell, please contact us! Once we get to our maximum we cannot have anymore stalls! SO if you are interested, please do not wait as it might be TOO late for you to join this successful market! We are now taking permanent trader applications for the new 2018-19 trading season! Bondi Beach Community Market (BBCM) operates from September to April, our trading hours are: September, October, November, March and April: Saturdays, Sundays and all Public Holidays - 12.20 to 19.00pm December, January and February: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and all Public Holidays - 12.20 to 21.00pm. Situated in the heart of Bondi Beach at Roscoe Street Mall/ Carl Jeppsen Place, on Cambell Parade, facing the main pedestrian crossing to the iconic world famous beach – in the summer this is a high traffic flow area on warm sunny days. We have on average 112 trading days per season with very reasonable rents to help you start a business, or to promote your already established business. All stall sizes are 3m x 2m (except for one massage stall site, which is 3m x 3m permitting the use of a suitable Marquee tent). We are looking for a variety of stalls that won't compete with each and create a lively market mix. In particular we are seeking artists - painters/ photographers etc, clothing, bikini & surf stalls, as well as one henna tattoo/ face painter & one massage stall. Other products will be considered. Sorry no food or beverages are permitted – we are not permitted to be in direct competition with the surrounding local cafes, restaurants and shops. Our markets have been in operation for in excess of 25 years. We have an excellent selection of stalls with something for everyone. We have stalls inside the hall and outside on the Recreation Reserve. We are always looking out for new stall holders and our stall rental fee is one of the lowest in the area. We have excellent Devonshire Teas with Barista coffee and food from our Gourmet Kitchen. We are proud of the fact that all the proceeds raised from the markets are placed back into the up keep of the Community Hall.
