Rotary's Living Expo is a major event for the combined Rotary Clubs of Hervey Bay and each year attracts between 5000-8000 visitors over two days. Over 100 stands and exhibits, high quality live entertainment and a centralised food court are featured along with children's attractions. Stand fees are kept low to attract a wider range of exhibitors including pool manufacturers, caravans and campers, fishing and boats, outdoor, gardening and home improvement specialists.

The Nowra Chilli & Chocolate Festival is a one day festival to embrace, promote and sell Chilli & Chocolate related products. When: Sunday 29th July 2018 from 9:30am - 3.30pm Where: Shoalhaven City Turf Club, Albatross Road, Nowra, NSW Cost: $5 entry, under 16 free What: A variety of exhibitors including chilli and chocolate food and related products. Food and drink (including alcohol) can be purchased on site and an ATM is available for use. The venue is pram friendly and a change table / disabled bathroom is available on site. EXHIBITORS - Set-up may begin from 7am and exhibitors must be on site by 9am. If you require earlier access, please let us know and this can be arranged. Cost per site is: Food and drink related products: powered site $100. Non powered site: $90. Non food related products: powered site $90. Non powered site $80. If Shoalhaven food vendor's license umbrella cover is required, please add $15. Expressions of Interest due now. Payment must be made in advance, no later than 1 month prior to the festival date. Returning exhibitors will enjoy a 10% discount Exhibitors are required to bring their own set-up – tables, chairs, pop up marquee’s, electrical power boards, extension leads etc. All stall spaces are 4m x 4m. If you require more space please request two sites. There are limited undercover areas so please only request these areas if you feel it is of importance that you are located undercover. There will be an allocated site plan which must be adhered to. To assist with the flow of the festival set-up, our aim is to group similar stalls together. If you know of a fellow exhibitor that you would like to be placed near to due to your product items aligning, please let us know prior to the site plan being constructed and we will do our best to place you in the vicinity of one another. Moocooboola Festival attracts over 20,000 people to a free and outrageously fun family and community day. This Festival returns in 2018 and offers something for everybody. Home to approximately 120 stalls, Boronia Park offers space for the market bazaar as well as a big double stage and lots of rides and family amusements. There will be music, comedy, dance and a circus playground. Adrenaline seekers of all ages will be entertained with heaps of rides, rock climbing wall and much more. “All roads lead to Cootamundra this Wattle Time” Celebrate Cootamundra’s iconic Wattle Time with the staging of the Wattle Time Fair and Community Street Parade, hosted by the Cootamundra Development Corporation. Cootamundra is located in the South West Slopes of NSW and is infamously known as the birthplace of legendary cricketer the late Sir Donald Bradman. Cootamundra is a highly regarded agricultural country town and is approximately halfway by rail between Sydney and Melbourne. The 2018 Wattle Time Fair will be held at the Fisher Park from 9am to 4pm on Saturday 25th August 2018 (always the last Saturday in August). Now in its sixth year, the Fair is set to incorporate all things home, garden and leisure and is a great day out for the entire family featuring: market stalls, delicious food, face painting, vintage car displays, entertainment all day, mascots, free community cake, children’s rides and activities plus much more, Overall a great family friendly atmosphere bringing the entire community together. TooCon is a FREE, family friendly event full of all things pop culture. The TooCon Pop Culture Festival is in it's 3rd year and things are shaping up to be even bigger and better than previous years! The Toowoomba Regional Library has lots of fun activities, special guests and artists throughout the day and this event is popular with people of all ages. This year TooCon will also have some fabulous night time activities! This event is made possible through the support of the Queensland Government. The Eclectic Emporium runs a curated marketplace at TooCon, a place for artisans to showcase their fabulously quirky goods and skills. We love to find creators of unique, whimsical, geeky and quirky goods to share with all our customers and cosplayers on the day. Merchants and food vendors that love to have fun, dress up and bring joy to the world are our type of people. Are you one of those merchants? Stallholder applications for TooCon are now being accepted. Applications will close on the 17th June. Party plan and direct selling businesses are not permitted at this event. Preference is given to local businesses in the case of applications of similar products, providing the themed requirements are met. Stallholders may chose to stay till 3pm or for the full event period but must select their preference on the application form. This exciting event attracts over 30,000 visitors each year and entry is free. It commences at 10am with a Grand Parade in the Main Street, and concludes at 10pm after the CFA Torchlight Parade and a spectacular fireworks display. The Grand Parade will have in excess of 1000 participants and be full of colour and variety with this year’s theme being ‘Cuisine, Craft and Community’. We have many family oriented activities including egg and spoon and sack races, tug o war, a gorgeous fairy tent, rock climbing, abseiling, and a rope bridge to navigate for the kids. We have a large range of carnival rides suiting everyone from the very young children to the more exciting ones for the teenagers. There will be face painting, pony and camel rides, and a range of stages providing a variety of entertainment. You can sit and have a coffee or enjoy the huge range of cuisines in the food court, while facing the main stage and watch bands, dancers, singers and more. Or laugh with the clowns and other acts on the children’s stage. We have buskers and roving entertainers, displays from the police, CFA and much much more. There will be a huge range of market stalls with large array of merchandise to interest you. Be active and join in the activities or sit back and enjoy the entertainment – the choice is yours. STALLHOLDERS WANTED The Lugarno Lions Spring Festival is the largest festival in southern Sydney outside of the Royal Easter Show. The festival attracts up to 40,000 visitors with over 200 food, craft and variety stalls, two stages of entertainment and a plethora of carnival rides. This year the festival will feature the popular 80s band, The Cockroaches, as the highlight attraction. Before the Wiggles there was The Cockroaches with “Wake Up Jeff”, the Purple Wiggle and the Field brothers. Festival attractions include amusement rides, Harley Davidson trike rides, camel rides, kiddies train rides, pony rides, animal farm, rock wall climbing and much more. In addition to a variety of quality food sites, there is also the regular Classic Vehicle Show for all to see.
