With the cool of early autumn evenings in the air, come and enjoy a fusion of delicious food, art and music at our Eat Art Night Markets to be held in Hurstville Plaza in Forest Road Hurstville on Friday 12 April, and Belgrave Street and Kogarah Town Square in Kogarah on Friday 3 May 2019. There will be a range of stalls, including arts and crafts, a fantastic variety of international cuisine, and a variety of entertainment. The Hurstville event will include the official opening of the Hurstville Plaza, which will take place at 6.00pm. Kogarah Town Centre will include the closure of Belgrave St between Post Office Lane and Kensington Street, with market stalls all along the street as well as in Kogarah Town Square. Star Wars fans can come along dressed up to celebrate May the Fourth a day in advance and there is a Jedi Academy taking place which the kids might enjoy at Kogarah Library. Springwood Foundation Day represents a huge day for the lower Blue Mountains community to participate in the festival that celebrates the spirit of our town. Whether young or old, you will find much to see & do as you stroll through Springwood on the day. The main road is closed to traffic from 7 am to 5 pm, allowing pedestrians to enjoy over 130 stalls, a wonderful range of food from around the world, live entertainment including 3 main stages with 25+ performances on the day, local bands, singers, dance groups, rides for the kiddies & much, much more. The Redlands Rockabilly Revival is a large scale, one-day rockabilly festival, packed full of good times in the beautiful bayside in Redlands Coast. Now in it’s fourth big year, the popular event features a sprawling hot rod and classic car display surrounded by over 80 specialty market vendors. A tasty range of quality food trucks will be offering their delicacies, while kids rides and the Redland Museum provide extra entertainment and activities for all ages. In the concert plaza, Australia’s best rockabilly bands will be filling the dance floor, while the entrants for the Miss Rockabilly Revival pinup pageant will be strutting their stuff on stage. Bands featured include The Linelockers, B Daddy & The Double D’s, Suga Owens, Slim Gritty and DJ Leapin’ Lawrie. Tickets are priced from $4 to $16, families and welcome and kids enter free. INAUGURAL Food and Wine Market in the heart of the INNER WEST To continue our Twilight Series, we will be holding a Food + Wine Market on Saturday 18 May, 2019 between 12-6pm. Located outside our venue, with both patrons of our RSL (over 40,000 membership base) as well as people along Canterbury Road seeing the event, this Food + Wine Market speaks to what the Inner West loves- a day of great food and beverage tasting (with the opportunity for attendees to purchase or order for the future) with live music! The focus of this market is simple; boutique producer of food and wine. Entry is free, and for $10 attendees receive a free glass for tastings, plus 5 tokens worth $1 each. We are looking that each tasting will cost between $1-2, and each full standard glass between $6-8 as a guide. Each stallholder will receive 80c from each dollar voucher. There is also the ability to sell future orders with attendees. This event is child and pet friendly, speaking further to the local demographic. Live music will be played throughout the event. “All roads lead to Cootamundra this Wattle Time” Celebrate Cootamundra’s iconic Wattle Time with the staging of the Wattle Time Fair and Community Street Parade, hosted by the Cootamundra Development Corporation. Cootamundra is located in the South West Slopes of NSW and is infamously known as the birthplace of legendary cricketer the late Sir Donald Bradman. Cootamundra is a highly regarded agricultural country town and is approximately halfway by rail between Sydney and Melbourne. The 2018 Wattle Time Fair will be held at the Fisher Park from 9am to 4pm on Saturday 31st August 2019 (always the last Saturday in August). The Deni Ute Muster is celebrating its 21st festival this year and we are looking for trade vendors to join us. With crowds around 18,000 our two-day event will keep you on your toes! Our festival in on daily from 8am through until midnight both Friday 4th and Saturday 5th October 2019. The Deni Ute Muster is a family friendly event with non-stop entertainment for 16 hours daily. This includes the best International and Australian country and rock artists, a circus, full carnival area, woodchopping, whip cracking, a bull ride, Family Centre, petting zoo, camel rides, pig races, inflatables, camp oven cooking demonstrations + heaps more. Our patrons camp on site and enter the festival arena daily to enjoy the various food and trade stalls on offer whilst taking part in the activities and watching the entertainment. Country clothing and hats have already been taken care of, all other applicants are encouraged to apply. We get a variety of patrons with high disposable incomes, looking to take souvenirs and shopping home with them. Trade vendors are asked to be operational between 8am and 8pm each day. The Tasmanian Craft Fair is the largest working craft fair in Australia. Spread over 8 venues throughout the picturesque town of Deloraine in Tasmania, the event asks you " **Which Craft is Your Craft**?"
