Rotary's Living Expo is a major event for the combined Rotary Clubs of Hervey Bay and each year attracts between 5000-8000 visitors over two days. Over 100 stands and exhibits, high quality live entertainment and a centralised food court are featured along with children's attractions. Stand fees are kept low to attract a wider range of exhibitors including pool manufacturers, caravans and campers, fishing and boats, outdoor, gardening and home improvement specialists.

“All roads lead to Cootamundra this Wattle Time” Celebrate Cootamundra’s iconic Wattle Time with the staging of the Wattle Time Fair and Community Street Parade, hosted by the Cootamundra Development Corporation. Cootamundra is located in the South West Slopes of NSW and is infamously known as the birthplace of legendary cricketer the late Sir Donald Bradman. Cootamundra is a highly regarded agricultural country town and is approximately halfway by rail between Sydney and Melbourne. The 2018 Wattle Time Fair will be held at the Fisher Park from 9am to 4pm on Saturday 25th August 2018 (always the last Saturday in August). Now in its sixth year, the Fair is set to incorporate all things home, garden and leisure and is a great day out for the entire family featuring: market stalls, delicious food, face painting, vintage car displays, entertainment all day, mascots, free community cake, children’s rides and activities plus much more, Overall a great family friendly atmosphere bringing the entire community together. Entry is $5 families, $2 adults & $1 children. Don’t forget to check out the floats for the Street Parade, which will make its way down Parker Street at 12noon and will then proceed back to Fisher Park. TooCon is a FREE, family friendly event full of all things pop culture. The TooCon Pop Culture Festival is in it's 3rd year and things are shaping up to be even bigger and better than previous years! The Toowoomba Regional Library has lots of fun activities, special guests and artists throughout the day and this event is popular with people of all ages. This year TooCon will also have some fabulous night time activities! This event is made possible through the support of the Queensland Government. The Eclectic Emporium runs a curated marketplace at TooCon, a place for artisans to showcase their fabulously quirky goods and skills. We love to find creators of unique, whimsical, geeky and quirky goods to share with all our customers and cosplayers on the day. Merchants and food vendors that love to have fun, dress up and bring joy to the world are our type of people. Are you one of those merchants? Stallholder applications for TooCon are now being accepted. Applications will close on the 17th June. Party plan and direct selling businesses are not permitted at this event. Preference is given to local businesses in the case of applications of similar products, providing the themed requirements are met. Stallholders may chose to stay till 3pm or for the full event period but must select their preference on the application form. STALLHOLDERS WANTED The Lugarno Lions Spring Festival is the largest festival in southern Sydney outside of the Royal Easter Show. The festival attracts up to 40,000 visitors with over 200 food, craft and variety stalls, two stages of entertainment and a plethora of carnival rides. This year the festival will feature the popular 80s band, The Cockroaches, as the highlight attraction. Before the Wiggles there was The Cockroaches with “Wake Up Jeff”, the Purple Wiggle and the Field brothers. Festival attractions include amusement rides, Harley Davidson trike rides, camel rides, kiddies train rides, pony rides, animal farm, rock wall climbing and much more. In addition to a variety of quality food sites, there is also the regular Classic Vehicle Show for all to see. Oatley Village Festival is a major community event in the St George area, attracting over 15,000 local residents and 180 food craft and variety stalls. This year Oatley Lions Club commemorates over 41 years of community service in the St George area. Festival attractions include amusement rides, Harley motor bike rides, pony rides, roving bands and two stage bands. In addition to a variety of quality food sites, this event attracts a wide range of craft goods and quality merchandise. Visitors and stall holders are encouraged to park in the Georges River Campus at the northern end of the Oatley Memorial Park (enter via Hurstville Road) to ensure there is adequate parking for shoppers. Stall holders new to Oatley are encouraged to subscribe online to the Festival News mailing list to receive notification when online bookings open in July. The TCF is not an ordinary event. The Tasmanian Craft Fair is spread across 8 venues throughout the picturesque town of Deloraine. Free shuttle buses depart each venue regularly, or the venues are a short walk from each other if you’re after a healthy stroll. Exhibitors showcase their products to 20.000 + visitors. Running successfully for 37 years, the range of arts and crafts suits all tastes and budgets. Most visitors are repeats, so you can build up your business. Many artists and craftspeople have successfully launched their business here. Any work for sale must be created by, designed by and/or made by the exhibitor. Springwood Australia Day Festival 2019 is held on Friday Jan 26 at Springwood Public School playground. It involves entertainment from local bands, dancers, singers, performers, from 10.00am till 4pm on 2 stages - non-stop entertainment. Over 2000 counted through the gate last year, we expect more this year, our 9th major event at this venue, as it keeps building each year. We have Food and Markets Stalls there with carnival rides, face painting and pony rides for the kids, BBQ and a Licenced Bar for mum and dad. Springwood Foundation Day represents a huge day for the lower Blue Mountains community to participate in the festival that celebrates the spirit of our town. Whether young or old, you will find much to see & do as you stroll through Springwood on the day. The main road is closed to traffic from 7 am to 5 pm, allowing pedestrians to enjoy over 130 stalls, a wonderful range of food from around the world, live entertainment including 3 main stages with 25+ performances on the day, local bands, singers, dance groups, rides for the kiddies & much, much more. Applications NOW OPEN! - Food and Market Stalls, Street Performers and Stage Entertainers. Applications close 4 weeks before the event, 1st April 2019. Springwood Foundation Day gives local and regional organisations and businesses a chance to show the diversity that makes up our community. If you are involved in a local community group, run a local business, or make beautiful things, then book a stall and show what you do.
